  I have been active in real estate ownership, property management, brokerage and mortgage banking for some 40 years. In all of those years and in all of the types of businesses in which I have been involved, I have never before written a testimonial such as this. Thus you may rest assured that my experience was exceptional both in terms of professionalism and results. Property Tax Adjusters, Ltd. is from another era. You call the office and the phone is answered on the first ring by a real, live, friendly and knowledgeable "human". You then ask for the individual handling your file, in my case Marsha Held, and you are promptly connected with her. If she is not in the office the individual having answered the phone immediately familiarizes themselves with your file and within minutes answers your questions. Then a message is left with Marsha, not by voice mail but by the person having answered the phone and your call is returned promptly. While this may sound like small stuff too you, it is not to me. Over my life I have wasted thousands of frustrating hours on hold or listening to canned music only to be connected with the wrong group or individual or even worse, disconnected. Property Tax Adjusters, Ltd. is a highly professional, effective and dedicated organization. They are extremely knowledgeable and leave no time or effort unexpended in securing excellent, even surprising results. The firm's level of service, Marsha Held and the outcome of my case dramatically exceeded my expectations and I would not even consider engaging others.   Property tax adjusters have gone above and beyond not only my clients in saving them money, but also with answering an abundance of questions I throw at them quiet often. I'd like to especially single out Marsha for always responding to my texts messages with in minutes and her willingness to help both myself and my Real Estate clients.
